I once had a chroot.
It was a fabricated 32bit environment for boxee. I bound the chroot home dir to my real one.
And when I didn’t need the chroot, I deleted it.
And my home directory went with it. :(
For ext4fs there is no way to recover files with their structure & metadata intact (yet). File carving by pattern is the only option
So I’m shaking my dong to CAKE while PhotoRec chugs away.
